Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Restocky ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
Restocky is operated by VNTopCoders ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is an inventory intelligence platform available as a Shopify application.
2. Description of Service
Restocky provides AI-powered inventory management tools for Shopify merchants, including but not limited to:
- Demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Purchase order management and supplier tracking
- Inventory health scoring and analytics
- Automated reorder alerts and notifications
- Batch/lot tracking, container optimization, and returns management
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must install the Restocky app from the Shopify App Store and authorize access to your Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Restocky offers multiple subscription tiers, including a free plan. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system.
- Free Plan: Limited features and SKU count, free forever.
- Paid Plans: Billed monthly through Shopify. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the billing period.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your Shopify store data (products, inventory, orders) solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
7. API Usage
If you use the Restocky Public API, you agree to:
- Use API keys responsibly and keep them secure
- Respect rate limits as documented in the API documentation
- Not use the API to build a competing product
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of VNTopCoders. You retain all rights to your store data. We claim no ownership over any data you submit through the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that forecasting data or recommendations will be accurate. You acknowledge that inventory decisions are ultimately your responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VNTopCoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
